SELECTED TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE 

BID SUBMISSION
Interested parties must submit their AIM ID at the time of Bid submission.  Bids may only be submitted by persons/entities who possess an AIM ID and the appropriate available HFC allowances. These items are being offered for sale in bulk lots.  Please complete and submit the provide online form, verifying that all information is correct and that you have read and agreed to the terms of sale. All bids are subject to Government approval. Upon approval, the highest bid offered will be the winning bid.  A deposit is not required to submit an offer.  The highest bidder is obligated to pay for items in full by the above Final Payment date via bank wire or approved company credit card only.  Payment instructions will be provided to the successful bidder upon award of bid.

REFUNDS/ADJUSTMENTS
All sales are final and are made without warranty or guarantee whatsoever.  There are no refunds or adjustments.

PLEASE NOTE
All persons participating in this sale are responsible to read, understand, and comply with the Terms & Conditions of Sale as specified herein and agree to be bound thereby.  The placement of a successful bid at a U.S. Department of the Treasury auction/written-bid-sale establishes a legally binding contract between the successful high bidder and the Treasury Department.  The successful bidder is legally bound to pay for property awarded in accordance with his/her bid.

REGISTRATION Persons wishing to participate in the bidding process of the sale are required to submit an online Written Bid form prior to the submission deadline. Bids are submitted online at cwsmarketing.com.  Written bids must be submitted by the date and time indicated.

CONDITION & DESCRIPTION
The buyer understands and agrees; (1) that any description or sample of the property/merchandise given or furnished by AMENTUM is derived from records and documents that may be unverified as to accuracy, is solely for identification, and DOES NOT CREATE ANY WARRANTY, expressed or implied, that the property/merchandise actually conforms to such description or sample; (2) all weights, measurements, and descriptions must be considered approximations and do not create any warranty; (3) that the property/merchandise is purchased and accepted by buyer “AS IS,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” AMENTUM MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED AS TO QUALITY, QUANTITY, CONDITION, USABILITY, SALABILITY, WEIGHT, MEASUREMENTS, OR OTHER SPECIFICATIONS. Any verification or testing of property will only be done after the successful bidder has paid for and taken possession of the property.  The sale of the property is not contingent upon the results of any testing done by the buyer.

INSPECTION
Potential bidders may visually inspect the property at the time and place indicated.  Previews will be by appointment only.  Testing of pre-determined representative samples is permitted as specified.  Access will not be allowed without a scheduled appointment.

WRITTEN BID
Bids must be submitted using the online form provided.  The submission deadline is Thursday, February 12, by 3:00pm Central Daylight Time.  Bids may only be submitted by persons/entities who possess an AIM ID and the appropriate available HFC allowances. The AIM ID # must be provided at the time of bid submission to be considered.

DEPOSIT
No deposit is required to submit the Written Bid Form.  High Bidder is obligated to pay for items in full according to the Sale Terms.

PAYMENT FORM
Acceptable form of Final Payment is bank wire only. Payment instructions will be emailed to the successful bidder upon award of bid.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment(s) must be made within 48 hours of notice of bid approval by bank wire. NO EXTENSIONS FOR FINAL PAYMENT.  PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY SUCCESSFUL REGISTERED BIDDER/Company.

DEFAULT
Failure to make required payments or property/merchandise removal within time specified shall be deemed forfeiture of any right, title and interest buyer may have acquired in the property/merchandise and will result in any monies paid being forfeited and the transaction shall be null and void as to buyer.

RESERVE
The Federal Government reserves the right to accept or reject all bids.

REMOVAL
Property/merchandise must be paid in full before removal — no partial release of any lots. Removal is by appointment only and must be completed within 10 business days of notice of award of a successful bid.  IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO REMOVE THE PROPERTY/MERCHANDISE PURCHASED BY THE REMOVAL DATE. REMOVAL IS AT THE EXPENSE, LIABILITY, AND RISK OF THE BUYER. Buyer must present a photo I.D. at the time of property/merchandise release.  Should registered buyer wish to send an agent to pick up property/merchandise, buyer must prepare and sign an authorization letter identifying the agent to act on his/her behalf.  Removal must be completed on or before the dates below or buyer will default the terms of sale and property/merchandise will be resold by U.S. Department of the Treasury.

PARTICIPATION
By participating in this sale, I certify  that I am NOT (1) under the age of 18;(2) an employee or agent of AMENTUM or their family member or sub-contractors; (3) any employee of the U.S. Department of Treasury/Department of Homeland Security or anyone prohibited from bidding on property/merchandise by policy, regulation , statute or contract; (4) or anyone who have access to information concerning the property to be sold  at a U.S. Treasury/Homeland Security auction that is not generally available to the public; (5) EPA certified to purchase, manufacture or distribute the types and quantities of HFC gas offered; I agree to comply with the terms of sale posted at the U.S. Treasury website and attached hereto.  This agreement and offer is acknowledged by my submission of bid.
