U.S. Customs sells by public auction merchandise abandoned or unclaimed at the port by importers who have never collected these items. The Long Beach, CA sale offers merchandise located in warehouses along the west coast. Auction items include: computer equipment, auto parts, electronics, aircraft parts, handicrafts, machinery and wearing apparel for sale. These items usually come in commercial quantities however, consumer quantities of some items may also be available.

| Deposit: |
Total purchases of $5,000 or less will require payment in full on day of sale. A minimum of $5,000 is required on day of sale for all purchases over $5,000. Once purchases reach $5,000, an immediate deposit of $5,000 is required.

| Final Payment: |
Final payment(s) must be made by 4:00PM EDT on Friday, August 13, 2010 via bank wire or credit card only. Please call 703-330-4289 to make payment by credit card or to receive wiring instructions. Bank wire may be used for final payment. |
| Removal: |
Removal is by appointment only and must be completed by August 27, 2010 for domestic merchandise and September 13, 2010 for export only merchandise. Please see Removal Locations for addresses and contact information of the storage vendors. |
| Written Bid: |
Written Bids may be submitted in person or by registered mail and are subject to the same terms and conditions of sale as those bidders physically present at the auction. URS recommends using an overnight delivery service in order to ensure your written bid arrives by the date and time indicated. Acceptable method of payment will be cashiers check. Make cashiers check payable to CBP/URS for the bid amount. Indicate sale number and lot number or description on outside of sealed envelope. Please ensure that your name and phone number (or other means of contacting you) are included with your written bid. Mail all bids to URS, 10687 Gaskins Way, Suite 101, Manassas, VA, 20109, Attn: G.O. Auction. Bids must be received no later than 5:00 PM ET one day prior to sale date. Unsuccessful bids will be returned within five (5) business days via UPS. |
